Pullover Bibs for Orphanages
Materials:
~ 1 regular sized hand towel (may be used)
~ 10 5/8″ x 3″ ribbed knit fabric — you don’t necessarily have to use ribbing, but look for a ribbed knit that has spandex in it so it will keep its shape. (Ribbed knit should have the ribs top-to-bottom)

It takes two ½ yards cut in 45" fabric (preferably an absorbent, durable towel)
Bias tape
hook and loop tape or snap
